During times of conflict within the workplace, people can feel isolated and overwhelmed by what is happening. It is at times like these that support people are beneficial to provide support to people who are feeling unable to properly express their needs and negotiate effectively.

Healing Hearts staff are able to attend meetings, such as disciplinary meetings, performance management meetings, pay and contract negotiations etc. to provide support to employees.

In addition, professionals may need additional counselling, supervision or emotional support after a critical incident, crisis or tragedy in or connected to the workplace, such as the death of a staff member or young person, an assault, a car accident, etc.

Healing Hearts staff are able to provide this additional support in times when staff and teams are under pressure and attempting to process heavy emotions.
